Have you heard your child talking about ClassDojo?
ClassDojo is a behaviour management tool for the classroom. ClassDojo’s mission is to reinvent classrooms by bringing teachers, students and parents closer together.
School staff use ClassDojo as a communication and notification platform to encourage pupils, and get parents engaged too. We are also a paperless school so all information will be provided via this service.
Each student has a profile – complete with their own avatar – to which school staff can assign positive and negative points (or 'dojos') throughout the lesson. This information is then recorded on students' profiles so that it can be reviewed throughout the year.
Parents also have logins so that they can view their child's achievements from home – please contact the School Office for your parent password and for information on how to register on the website (www.classdojo.com) or, you can download the ClassDojo app to your phone.
There are lots of ways your child can earn Classdojos; following Christian Values, completing homework, helping others, having good manners, organisation, going above & beyond, working hard and being on task.
****Please note ClassDojo is not a messaging service but a notification service. Staff will not respond to messages and an automated reply will be sent. Please contact the school office should you wish to pass on information or make an enquiry. Staff may be teaching, on training or out of school and messages can be missed. Staff will also be unable to respond out of school hours***
