    School Admissions

    Admission to our school is managed through the Local Authority Admissions procedures. 

    If you would like a place at Holm Cultram Abbey CE School for your child, you need to follow the link below for admission either into the Reception class for September, or a mid-year transfer from another school. There is also information on this page about admission appeals.

    If you would like to come and have a look around, contact the school office to make a mutually convenient time.  Mrs. Harrison works in the office on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, but we do have an answer phone, should you wish to leave a message, and we will get back to you.

    WE WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND A WARM WELCOME, TO THE CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES

    JOINING HOLM CULTRAM ABBEY CE PRIMARY SCHOOL IN SEPTEMBER 2026.  

    We know for many of you, starting school is both an exciting time and a new chapter in your child's life.  We strive to provide a safe, secure and happy environment where your child will establish the building blocks for their adventure in learning and achievement.  We look forward to working with you all in September 2026.  

    We are looking forward to welcoming you and your child to the H.C.A. Family. We are arranging transition sessions for your child to visit school during the summer term.  Further details about this will be sent to you along with other information.
