Many schools send out a questionnaire each year, to find out what parents and carers are happy about and if there are any issues. This is a great opportunity to find out people's opinions and to see where things need more more. However, a once-a-year survey means that issues might be unheard, or they might become bigger problems before they can be addressed. Also, we will never get to hear all the great things parents say about us - because praise is really important too.
Here at HCA, we have decided to survey families each half term. We will listen to the things that parents and carers want to celebrate, and also we will consider areas that they think we need to work on.
Below are the results from previous 'Feedback Friday's.' You will see that there is much to celebrate, and also you will see where we have worked on areas highlighted for us.
